  1. Melt chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk in a large saucepan over low heat.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  3. Pour into a medium bowl. Cover and chill for 2 to 3 hours or until firm.
  4. Shape into 2.5cm balls and then roll in desired coating.
  5. Chill for 1 hour or until firm.
